1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bigzon.cloud ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. BigZon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Nature of Service

BigZon provides:

• Cryptocurrency trading signals for informational and educational purposes only
• Virtual (paper) trading tools using live market prices
• Auto-trade bot integration with Delta Exchange (for subscribed users)
• Portfolio and P&L tracking tools

BigZon is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or portfolio management services.

3. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading carries extreme risk. By using BigZon you acknowledge:

• You may lose all of your invested capital
• Past performance of signals or virtual trades does not guarantee future results
• Crypto markets are highly volatile and unregulated in many jurisdictions
• BigZon signals are algorithmic — they are not guaranteed to be profitable
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions

4. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction
• One account per user — creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• Account sharing is not permitted

5. Free Trial

• New users receive 15 days of free access upon registration
• Free trial includes virtual trading only — no real money is involved
• Free trial may not be transferred or extended
• BigZon reserves the right to modify or terminate the free trial at any time

6. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fee: $50 USD equivalent per month (billed in INR via UPI)
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
• Payment must be submitted with valid UTR number
• Activation within 1 hour of admin verification
• BigZon reserves the right to change pricing with 7 days notice

7. Referral Program

• Referral bonuses are at BigZon's discretion and may change
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
• Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or hack the Platform
• Using the Platform for any illegal activity
• Distributing or reselling BigZon signals without permission
• Impersonating BigZon or its team members

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigZon and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or service interruption.

10. Termination

BigZon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. No refund will be issued for remaining subscription period upon termination for cause.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
