• Contact Details: Telegram Chat ID (optional, for alerts)
• Payment Information: UPI transaction ID / UTR number (we do NOT store card details)
• Trading Data: Your virtual and real trade history, P&L records
• API Keys: Delta Exchange API keys (stored encrypted)
• Usage Data: Login times, IP address, browser type
• Referral Data: Referral codes and referred user records

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the BigZon platform
• To send trading signals via Telegram
• To process subscription payments and verify transactions
• To execute auto-trades on your Delta Exchange account (with your permission)
• To send account security notifications (OTP, login alerts)
• To improve our platform and signals
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT store your Delta Exchange login password
• We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT share your data with advertisers

4. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on secured servers (bigzon.cloud)
• Passwords are hashed — we cannot see your password
• API keys are stored in encrypted format
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies beyond ad network scripts (Adsterra/Monetag) which may set their own cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect platform functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

• Delta Exchange: Your API keys are used to execute trades — governed by Delta Exchange's own privacy policy
• Telegram: Used for signal delivery — governed by Telegram's privacy policy
• Ad Networks (Adsterra/Monetag): May collect anonymous usage data per their own policies
• Google OAuth: If you sign in with Google, limited profile data is shared per Google's policy

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update incorrect information via your profile
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Portability: Request export of your trade history

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it.

BigZon is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify registered users via email of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
